Creighton Construction & Development has completed construction on a new 7-Eleven convenience store with gas station and car wash in Port Orange, Florida.
Located at 3500 S. Nova Road in Port Orange, just north of State Road 421, the project includes the ground-up construction of a new 3,004-square-foot convenience store with six fuel pumps and 12 fueling stations and a car wash. Creighton’s team for this project was led by project manager Bill Griffith and superintendent Walter Schofield.
Creighton is the largest developer and construction contractor for 7-Eleven in the nation, having completed more than 150 new 7-Eleven stores to date in Florida, Texas and Colorado. Creighton also has several 7-Eleven projects currently in progress and plans to expand into additional states in 2019.
