Creighton Construction & Development has completed the construction of a 7-Eleven convenience store with fuel in Fishersville that is home to a Raise the Roost Chicken & Biscuits restaurant.

Located at 782 Tinkling Spring Road in Fishersville, the project included the ground-up construction of a 4,650-square-foot convenience store featuring 20 fueling positions. The store includes a Raise the Roost, a Southern-inspired in-store restaurant concept by 7-Eleven. Its menu features fried chicken, biscuits, wings and sandwiches, all made from scratch with grab-and-go and made-to-order options available.

Creighton served as the developer for the project, with its team led by Development Manager Al Lester as well as Project Managers Otilio Rivera and David Wiles. Partners on the project included general contractor Frontier Construction Group and fuel contractor Spatco Energy Solutions.
