Creighton Construction & Development is kicking off several new 7-Eleven convenience stores in Melbourne, Pembroke Pines, Pine Island and Tampa, Florida, as well as in Prosper, Texas.
The company has announced that construction is now underway for five new projects, including:
- A ground-up, approximately 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 16 fueling positions to be located at 6411 Lake Andrew Drive in Melbourne. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Josh Gidcumb, development manager. Wilson’s Petroleum will provide construction and fuel installation services. BatesForum is the project architect and CEG Engineering is the civil engineer. The project is slated for completion in fall 2019.
- A redeveloped 2,612-square-foot 7-Eleven with 12 fueling positions and a car wash, to be located at 1601 N. University Drive in Pembroke Pines. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Roger Posey, development manager. Great Dane Petroleum Contractors will provide construction and fuel installation services. BatesForum is the project architect and Keith Engineering is the civil engineer. The project is slated for completion in fall 2019.
- A ground-up, 3,500-square-foot 7-Eleven with 16 fueling positions, to be located at 5431 Pine Island Road in St. James City on Pine Island, near the corner of Pine Island Road and Nikkis Lane. The site will also feature a car wash and REC-90 boat fuel. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Will Anderson, development manager, and Rick Blake, construction project manager. BatesForum is the project architect and Quattrone & Associates is the civil engineer. The project’s completion is anticipated in fall 2019.
- A ground-up, approximately 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with six fuel dispensers and 12 fueling positions, to be located at 390 S. Preston Road in Prosper, Texas. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Marley Phillips, development manager. Schaffer Construction will provide construction services along with Prestige Tank & Pump providing fuel installation services. The Dimension Group is the project architect and GreenbergFarrow is the civil engineer. The project is scheduled for completion in fall 2019.
- A redevelopment and ground-up, approximately 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 12 fueling positions to be located at the corner of East Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and North Taliaferro Avenue, just east of Interstate-275 in Tampa. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Jacob Mossholder, development manager. Bay to Bay Properties will provide construction services along with Adams Tank & Lift providing fuel installation services. BatesForum is the project architect and Bowman Consulting is the civil engineer. The project is scheduled to be complete in fall 2019.
