Creighton Construction & Development has completed the construction of a 7-Eleven convenience store with fuel along State Road 7 in Hollywood, Florida.
The 7-Eleven is located at 100 N. State Road 7, positioned just east of the Florida Turnpike at the corner of State Road 7 and Hollywood Boulevard.
Creighton removed an existing fueling facility to complete the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot convenience store with 12 fueling positions under a covered canopy structure.
Creighton’s team for this project was led by Roger Posey, development manager, Ed Kriese, construction project manager, and Ken Thompson, superintendent. BatesForum was the project architect and Bowman Consulting was the civil engineer.
