Creighton Construction & Development has launched construction on a new Culver’s restaurant at 2526 Skyline Blvd. in Cape Coral.
The project involves the ground-up construction of a 4,300-square-foot Culver’s restaurant, led by Creighton’s Lauren Evans, development manager; Rick Blake, construction manager; and Dave Gardner, superintendent. Partners on the project include Ollman Associates as the architect and Banks Engineering as the civil engineer.
The Midwest-based Culver’s restaurant chain has 73 locations across Florida and continues to expand in both new and existing markets. Known for its cooked-to-order food with farm-fresh ingredients, Culver’s has more than 700 family-operated restaurants in 25 states.
The Skyline Boulevard location will be Culver’s third Cape Coral restaurant built and developed by Creighton’s team of professionals. The project is currently scheduled for completion in fall 2021.
