Creighton Construction & Development has completed the construction of two 7-Eleven convenience stores with fuel and covered canopy structures along Florida’s Gulf Coast, with new locations now open on Pine Island and in Venice.
On Pine Island, Creighton completed a ground-up, 3,500-square-foot 7-Eleven with 16 fueling positions, located at 5431 Pine Island Road, near the corner of Pine Island Road and Nikkis Lane. The site also features a car wash and REC-90 boat fuel. Creighton’s team for this project was led by Rick Blake, construction project manager, and Tracy Saylor, project superintendent.
In Venice, Creighton also completed a new 7-Eleven located at 705 Commerce Drive off Jacaranda Boulevard near I-75. The project included the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot convenience store with 16 fueling positions and car wash. Creighton’s team for this project was led by Ed Kreise, project manager, and Dave Gardner, project superintendent.
