New projects underway in Florida, Texas
Creighton Construction & Development has announced its latest round of project completions and starts in Florida and Texas.
Creighton has completed the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 12 fueling positions at 6715 Winkler Ave. in Fort Myers. Creighton’s team for the project was led by Lauren Evans, development manager, and Dane Edwards, construction project manager. Lamar Johnson Collaborative was the architect and Quattrone & Associates was the engineer.
Creighton has also launched construction on four 7-Eleven sites in Florida and Texas.
In Naples, Creighton is commencing a renovation project to transform an existing fueling and fast food facility into a modern 7-Eleven. Located at 4704 Golden Gate Parkway, the project includes a 3,500-square-foot convenience store with 16 fueling positions. Creighton’s team for the project is led by Development Manager Lauren Evans and Construction Manager Rick Blake. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect.
In Miami, Creighton is overseeing the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with eight fueling positions at 8690 Bird Road. Creighton’s team is led by Development Manager Roger Posey along with Construction Manager Garrick Carter. Great Dane Petroleum Contractors is providing the construction and fuel installation services. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the project architect and Bowman Consulting is the engineer.
In Sanford, Creighton is developing and constructing a new ground-up 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 16 fueling positions at the northwest corner of State Road 46 and East Lake Mary Boulevard. Development Manager Josh Gidcumb is leading the project on behalf of Creighton. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the project architect and Common Oak Engineering is the engineer.
In Austin, Texas, Creighton is developing and constructing a new ground up 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 16 fueling positions at 18201 Highway 71. Construction Project Manager Tracey Saylor is leading the project for Creighton with support from Construction Manager Alex Scalzo. The Dimension Group is the architect and Bowman Consulting is the engineer.
All projects are slated for completion in summer 2020.
