Location features Laredo Taco Company, Raise the Roost restaurant concepts
Creighton Construction & Development has completed the construction of a 7-Eleven convenience store with fuel in Ocala that features two restaurant concepts: Laredo Taco Company and Raise the Roost Chicken & Biscuits.
Located at 2811 NW 10th St. in Ocala, the project included the ground-up construction of a 4,650-square-foot convenience store featuring 16 fueling positions and a car wash. The store’s Laredo Taco Company is an authentic Mexican quick-service restaurant, featuring tacos, street tacos and breakfast tacos made with hand-rolled tortillas, as well as plates, bowls and family meals made fresh to order. Raise the Roost is a Southern-inspired restaurant concept, featuring fried chicken, biscuits, wings and sandwiches, all made from scratch with grab-and-go and made-to-order options available.
Creighton served as the developer and general contractor for the project, with its team led by Development Manager Jana de Jong as well as Project Manager Todd Scholes and Superintendent Shawn McCoy.
