Creighton Construction & Development completes eight 7-Eleven projects in Florida

Creighton Construction & Development has completed the construction of several 7-Eleven convenience stores with fuel and covered canopy structures in Florida, with new locations in Cape Coral, Clearwater, Davenport, Kissimmee, Lehigh Acres, Orlando, Spring Hill and Wesley Chapel.

The company has announced the completion of eight new projects, including:

• A new 7-Eleven located at 2327 Andalusia Blvd. in Cape Coral, at the corner of Andalusia Boulevard and Kismet Parkway East. Creighton completed the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot convenience store with 12 fueling positions and a car wash. Creighton’s team for this project was led by Will Anderson, development manager, Rick Blake, construction project manager, and Tommy White, superintendent. BatesForum was the project architect and Quattrone & Associates was the civil engineer.

 

• A remodeled 7-Eleven located at 1971 Sunset Point Road in Clearwater, at the corner of Sunset Point Road and North Hercules Avenue. Creighton transformed an existing fueling facility into a modern, 4,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 16 fueling positions and a car wash. Creighton’s team for this project was led by Jacob Mossholder, development manager, Bill Griffith, construction project manager, and Shawn McCoy, superintendent. BatesForum was the architect for the project.

 

• A new 7-Eleven located at 8010 Osceola Polk Line Road in Davenport, just east of I-4 Exit 58. Creighton completed the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot convenience store with 16 fueling positions. Creighton’s team for this project was led by Josh Gidcumb, development manager, Alex Scalzo, construction project manager, and Raphael Rodrigues, superintendent. BatesForum was the project architect and S&ME was the civil engineer.

 

• A new 7-Eleven located at 2600 S. Poinciana Blvd. in Kissimmee. Creighton completed the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot convenience store with 16 fueling positions and a car wash. Creighton’s team for this project was led by Josh Gidcumb, development manager, Alex Scalzo, construction project manager, and Cristen Glasgow, superintendent. BatesForum was the project architect and S&ME was the civil engineer.

 

• A new 7-Eleven located at 2926 Meadow Road in Lehigh Acres, positioned at the corner of State Road 82 and Alexander Graham Bell Boulevard. Creighton provided ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot convenience store with 13 fueling positions, plus high-frequency diesel fuel. Creighton’s team for this project was led by Will Anderson, development manager, Jerry Bridges, construction project manager, and John Radtke, superintendent. BatesForum was the project architect and Bowman Consulting was the civil engineer.

 

• A redeveloped 7-Eleven located at 327 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, just west of downtown Orlando. Creighton removed an existing auto repair building to complete the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot convenience store with 12 fueling positions. Creighton’s team for this project was led by Josh Gidcumb, development manager, and Alex Scalzo, construction project manager. BatesForum was the project architect and Bowman Consulting was the civil engineer.

 

• A new 7-Eleven located at 13495 County Line Road in Spring Hill, positioned within the Shoppes at Avalon shopping center. Creighton completed the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot convenience store with 12 fueling positions and a car wash. Creighton’s team for this project was led by Jacob Mossholder, development manager, Alex Scalzo, construction project manager, and Walter Schofield, superintendent. BatesForum was the project architect and S&ME was the civil engineer.

 

• A new 7-Eleven located at 2525 Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in Wesley Chapel, catty-corner to AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. Creighton provided project management services for the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot convenience store with 16 fueling positions. Creighton’s team for this project was led by Jacob Mossholder, development manager and Mike Pursell, regional construction manager. Bay to Bay Properties was contracted to provide construction along with AEC Services for fuel installation services. BatesForum was the project architect and Bowman Consulting was the civil engineer.
