Creighton Construction & Development is kicking off several new 7-Eleven convenience stores in Bradenton, Brooksville, Deerfield Beach, Homosassa, Naples, Pinellas Park and Plantation, Florida.

The company has announced that construction is now underway for seven new projects, including:

  • A new 7-Eleven to be located 11805 State Road 70 E. in Bradenton. Creighton will provide project management services for the ground-up construction of an approximately 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 16 fueling positions. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Jacob Mossholder, development manager and Mike Pursell, regional construction manager. BatesForum is the project architect and Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer. The project is slated for completion in fall 2019.

 

  • A redeveloped 7-Eleven to be located at 904 S. Broad Street in Brooksville. The project will transform an existing restaurant building into an approximately 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 12 fueling positions and a car wash. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Jacob Mossholder, development manager, and Alex Scalzo, construction project manager. BatesForum is the project architect and Common Oak Engineering is the civil engineer. The project is slated for completion in fall 2019.

 

  • A redeveloped 7-Eleven to be located at 901 W. Sample Road in Deerfield Beach, just west of Interstate 95. The project will remove an existing fueling facility to construct an approximately 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 16 fueling positions. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Roger Posey, development manager. Great Dane Petroleum Contractors will provide construction and fuel installation services. BatesForum is the project architect and Keith Engineering is the civil engineer. The project’s completion is anticipated in fall 2019.

 

  • A redeveloped 7-Eleven to be located at 6711 Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa. The project will transform an existing fueling facility into an approximately 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 12 fueling positions and a car wash. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Jacob Mossholder, development manager, and Alex Scalzo, construction project manager. BatesForum is the project architect and Common Oak Engineering is the civil engineer. The project is slated for completion in fall 2019.

 

  • An interior renovation to an existing 7-Eleven located at 23 Golden Gate Blvd. E. in Naples, at the corner of Golden Gate Boulevard and Wilson Boulevard. Creighton will expand the current 3,181-square-foot space into a 5,407-square-foot convenience store. The store will remain open throughout the renovation, which is slated for completion in fall 2019. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Will Anderson, development manager, Dane Edwards, construction project manager, and Chase Irwin, superintendent. BatesForum is the project architect.

 

  • A redeveloped 7-Eleven to be located at 9401 49th St. N. in Pinellas Park. Creighton will transform an existing fueling facility to construct an approximately 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 12 fueling positions. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Jacob Mossholder, development manager, and Alex Scalzo, construction project manager. BatesForum is the project architect and Bowman Consulting is the civil engineer. The project is scheduled to be complete in fall 2019.

 

  • A redeveloped 7-Eleven to be located at 4691 W. Sunrise Blvd. in Plantation, just east of Florida Turnpike Exit 58. The project will remove an existing fueling facility to construct an approximately 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with 10 fueling positions. Creighton’s team for this project is led by Roger Posey, development manager. Great Dane Petroleum Contractors will provide construction and fuel installation services. BatesForum is the project architect and Bowman Consulting is the civil engineer. The project’s completion is anticipated in fall 2019.
