Creighton announces new project starts and latest completions

Creighton Construction & Development has announced its latest round of project starts and completions in Florida, including plans for a new 7-Eleven in Lehigh Acres.

Creighton’s Lehigh Acres project will include the ground-up construction of a 7-Eleven at 76 Blackstone Dr. near Alabama Road along State Road 82. With construction beginning in June, the project will feature a 3,500-square-foot 7-Eleven with 16 fueling positions and a car wash. Creighton’s Development Manager Lauren Evans will oversee the development, construction and management of the project, slated for completion in fall 2020. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect and Quattrone & Associates is the engineer.

Creighton will also launch construction in June on two additional 7-Eleven projects in Florida, both slated for completion in fall 2020:

  • In Fort Lauderdale, Creighton is managing a renovation project to update an existing fueling facility into a modern 2,500-square-foot 7-Eleven with eight fueling positions at 460 W. Broward Blvd. Roger Posey is Creighton’s development manager for the project. Great Dane Petroleum Contractors will provide construction and fuel installation services, Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect and Bowman Consulting is the engineer.
  • In Boynton Beach, Creighton will manage the full redevelopment of a new 2,500-square-foot 7-Eleven with 12 fueling positions at 4798 Congress Ave. Shane Laakso is Creighton’s development manager for the project. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect and Keith Engineering is the engineer.

Creighton also recently completed construction of four 7-Eleven projects in Florida:

  • In Boca Raton, Creighton managed a renovation project to transform an existing convenience store and laundromat into a modern 4,100-square-foot 7-Eleven convenience store at 103 W. Palmetto Park Road. Creighton’s team was led by Development Manager Roger Posey. Great Dane Petroleum Contractors provided the construction and fuel installation services and Lamar Johnson Collaborative was the architect.
  • In Oakland Park, Creighton managed the ground-up construction of a 2,200-square-foot 7-Eleven with eight fueling positions at 3100 Powerline Road. Creighton’s team was led by Development Manager Roger Posey along with Construction Project Manager Jerry Bridges. Lamar Johnson Collaborative was the architect and Bowman Consulting was the engineer.
  • In St. Petersburg, Creighton developed, constructed and managed the ground-up redevelopment of a 3,100-square-foot 7-Eleven with 12 fueling positions at 3100 54th Ave S. Creighton’s team was led by Development Manager Jacob Mossholder along with Construction Project Manager Bill Griffith. Lamar Johnson Collaborative was the architect and Bowman Consulting was the engineer.
  • In Tampa, Creighton developed, constructed and managed the remodel of a 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven with eight fueling positions and a car wash at 11292 Hillsborough Ave. Creighton’s team was led by Development Manager Jacob Mossholder along with Construction Project Manager Bill Griffith. Lamar Johnson Collaborative was the architect and Common Oak Engineering was the engineer.
