Creighton Construction & Development has completed the construction of a 7-Eleven convenience store with fuel in LaBelle.
The new 7-Eleven is located at 930 S. Bridge St., positioned at the corner of East Cowboy Way and State Road 29. Creighton completed the ground-up construction of the 3,500-square-foot convenience store with 12 fueling positions under a covered canopy structure and two high-speed diesel positions that allow commercial drivers to refuel in less time.
Creighton’s team for this project was led by development manager Lauren Evans and project manager Dane Edwards. Local partners on the project included Guardian Fueling Technologies as fuel contractor, GMA Architects & Planners as the architect and H.L. Bennett & Associates as the civil engineer.
7-Eleven, Inc. is the premier name and largest chain in the convenience-retailing industry. Based in Irving, Texas, 7-Eleven operates, franchises and licenses more than 71,800 stores in 17 countries, including 12,000 in North America.
